• Built a Program-wide work/deliverable breakdown structure
• Aligned project plans across the whole Program
  • Specific focus on the technical area
  • Also included Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance
• Returned to re-evaluate and assess program status
• Implemented measures to get the program back on track
