- Managed internal process to produce RfI for vendors on the long list
- Provided the interface to vendors participating in the RfI (single point of contact for enquiries, clarification, updates on timeline, etc.)
- Drove internal evaluation to produce a shortlist
- Managed workshops with shortlisted vendors in order to prepare for RfQ
- Facilitated Steering Board decision process for next steps
- Wound down project and released resources

Set up and ran Programme Office for the centralized Products & Services division for 3rd generation (3G) services for an established major worldwide mobile operator. Within this software development project his activities included:
- Organizing and supporting the workstreams’ planning activities for the forthcoming releases
- Implementing and managing the weekly reporting cycle and issue-resolution-cycle
- Installing policies, processes and procedures (document version handling, change control, meeting cycle, etc.)

Network Operations for GSM 1800 mobile network roll-out:
- Co-ordinated interdepartmental activities within the network department, including management of deliverables and deadlines
- Interfaced with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT) to identify critical issues and initiate corrective actions (e.g., roll-out and marketing priority alignment, network performance/quality issues, budget realignment)
- Provided senior management with analysis of roll-out progress (nation-wide, regional, special projects)
- Defined requirements for tracking and reporting systems, and managed their implementation
