- Implemented and operated the company-wide Program Office for the launch of the 3rd generation mobile technology (3G)
Responsibilities:
- Set up the Program Office
- Set up governance structure for the program across the company
   * Set up a Steering Board
   * Implemented reporting, escalation, and issue resolution processes
- Built a program-wide work/deliverable breakdown structure
- Aligned project plans across the whole program
   * Specific focus on the technical area
   * Also included Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, HR, Finance
- Gained cross-program WBS/DBS sign-off by all responsible managers
- Tracked and followed up on program deliverables
- Re-planned if and when required
- Handed over to local staff
