Our principal, Werner Gerstacker is a highly capable senior IT and Telecoms Management Consultant with specialized experience in managing large corporate-wide programmes which are organizationally, operationally and politically complex. He has over fifteen years experience in the telecommunications and IT industries with twelve years in launching mobile operators from start-up to fully operational, as well as managing programmes in large, multinational organizations. Werner has broad experience in managing ‘across departmental and international borders’ including products and services, network rollout, operations, customer services, billing and human resources.

Having managed the client-side interface to many small vendor organizations, he also understands the specific challenges of dealing with larger clients. With his breadth and depth of experience, Werner is ideally suited to step into any complex, time critical project requiring decisive and effective management.

Werner is a native German speaker, fluent in English with a working knowledge of French.

His education has been officially evaluated as the equivalent of a US MBA.
